Victoria Park Road
A full refurbishment of a period flat. A bespoke green shaker kitchen with solid oak worktops, and a classic metro-tiled bathroom with a contrasting black border and built-in niches.

Where we started
Modern townhouse
Rotten timber cladding, cracked sills and failing roof edges replaced with high-spec Lunawood thermally modified timber cladding and new lead capping, plus refurbished and refinished bay windows.
Kitchen worktop refresh
A tired kitchen brought up to date without a full refit. The worn worktops were measured, cut and replaced with a hard-wearing black stone-effect finish, with the sink refitted and every joint and upstand neatly sealed.
Ceiling leak, traced and resolved
Water staining spreading across a ceiling and down the wall. We traced the leak to its source, repaired the cause and made good the affected areas.
