What we collect
When you book a visit or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, details and photos of the work needed, access notes and, for businesses, your company name and purchase order number. If you pay a booking fee, payment is processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to arrange and carry out the work you've asked for, communicate with you about it, keep records of the job (including photos and job sheets), take payment and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to deliver the job: for example with a specialist engineer we bring in on your behalf, our payment provider (Stripe), our email and hosting providers, and our accountants. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as needed to provide our warranty and meet tax and accounting rules, normally up to 7 years after the work is completed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@aveiro.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images from our storage provider.
